What is a CPE?

  • CPE or (Customer Premises Equipment) is the wireless modem installed at the customer premises which will enable the customer to connect to a WiMax network.

What is the meaning of CAP limit?

  • It means the total amount of download and upload data transferred during a specified period (month) or billing cycle. There is a limit to the amount of data transfer that you may use for downloading and uploading during your billing cycle. It is a large amount and is adequate for the average customer. Most customers use less than 1 GB monthly

What happens when I reach my CAP limit?

  • You can continue to use the service but at lower download speeds. You can always contact our Customer Care & Call Center to increase your CAP limit and continue to enjoy our service. However, the customer will be charged a nominal fee.

What Type of E-mail Service Can I Get With The Blue Zone?

  • You can use The Blue Zone™ e-mail service or continue to use any web-mail account you currently have, such as Yahoo, Hotmail or Netscape. With The Blue Zone™ you can have up to 4 separate e-mail accounts with your subscription. Each account can use 10 MB (megabytes) of storage capacity and have a unique address. The Blue Zone e-mail links with the e-mail client currently on your computer. Therefore your e-mail experience with Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora and others will continue to be the same.

Do I Have to Change My E-mail Address With The Blue Zone?

How Long Does It Take to Get the Service Installed?

Can I Connect Multiple Computers / Devices to a Single Broadband Hook Up?
